All Cruiser Travels customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor for which is booked. Vendor terms and conditions can be found on vendor websites or by contacting the vendor directly.
All deposits are non-refundable with all cruise lines and vendors, unless otherwise specified on your confirmation.
Cruiser Travels or its employees/affiliates do not warranty any vacations booked.
All customers are responsible for ensuring that they bring the proper documentation with them in order to travel (Passport, VISAS, Identification, etc.) and are responsible for any vendor protocols related to health or other (examples to include but are not limited to masking requirements and testing requirements). Cruiser Travel’s customers assume full responsibility for any changes to these policies upon booking and prior to your travel date.
Cruiser Travels does not automatically charge a customer’s credit card at final payment. Final payment deadlines are included in your confirmation and are the full responsibility of the customer to contact Cruiser Travels in order to make the final payment. If you have not received a confirmation stating that you are paid in full, then your final payment has not been made, and you could be subject to vendor penalties or cancellation. Please see vendor terms and conditions for specifics.
All tickets are e-tickets; unless, specified otherwise in your confirmation.
Please ensure that all booking names given are the names that will appear on your documentation when departing or arriving to your destination. Legal names are required. You must ensure that all documents and identification are originals and not photocopies or electronic copies.
Vacations purchased through Cruiser Travels do not include any other segment of travel; unless, specifically listed as a line item on your invoice (examples of exclusion are air, hotel, transfers, travel insurance, etc.).
Travel insurance is highly advisable. All travel insurance is declined unless specifically purchased and listed on your invoice.
While rare, credit card declines are not always immediately identified by the vendors upon making a payment. Any credit card decline that causes vendor penalties or cancellations are the full responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to check with your bank or credit card Company to ensure the charge went through.
